This luxurious, newly constructed, five bedroom, three and half bath home, with a small private heated pool (heated for a fee), is just a short walk across the street to the beach. Guests enjoy limited oceans views from the third balcony. Guests have access to a pack and play for toddlers, high chair, and booster seat. Amenities include a large beach umbrella, a rugged beach cart for guest ease of carrying items to the beach, gas grill, media room, wireless internet, elevator, plus much more!

he main living areas are located on the first floor. The living room has a flat screen TV with DVD player and deck access. The half bath is also located off of the living room. The gourmet kitchen offers such amenities as granite counters, a wine cooler, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also offers seating for three at the counter, while the dining room seats eight. The dining room, open to both the kitchen and living room, has deck access straight to the pool area. The small private pool, which can be heated for a fee, is 16 feet by 8 feet. A small den area with a sofa and table offers a great space for curling up with a book. The den also opens onto the deck.

The second floor features three of the five bedrooms, which all have their own theme. The Ocean Room master suite has a King bed, flat screen TV with DVD, along with a sofa. The master bath features a separate shower and bathtub. The Sunset Room has two Full beds and flat screen TV, and shares access to a hall bath. The Palmetto Room has two Twin beds, flat screen TV and access to the hall bath.

The remaining bedrooms and the media room are located on the third floor. The Caribbean Room has a King bed, flat screen TV, and access to the hall bath. The final bedroom, the Storm Room, has two Full beds, flat screen TV, and access to the hall bath. The media room features a flat screen TV, DVD player, and a sleeper sofa which provides additional bedding. The media room provides access to the third floor deck. This deck has a small sitting area and offers limited ocean views.
